Michelle joined FyterTech Nonwovens in 2025 as a key member of the leadership team, bringing a wealth of commercial leadership experience in the manufacturing sector. She has worked extensively with major paper, packaging, and converting manufacturers, partnering closely with innovation and product development teams to drive success and growth. A native of the Fox Valley area, Michelle earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. She now resides in Crivitz, WI with her husband, Jason. Together, they have four adult children and two grandchildren. Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys "Lake Life" with Jason, engaging in activities like boating, kayaking, fishing, and snowmobiling. She also loves spending time with her growing family and is passionate about travel and cruising.
