Women Woven Into Manufacturing 

Manufacturing has always been built on strength, resilience, and innovation. At FyterTech Nonwovens, those qualities are embodied by the incredible women helping shape the future of our industry.

With March being Women's History Month, and the week of March 6th - 12th being dedicated to celebrating Women in Manufacturing, we felt the women of FyterTech deserved the entire month to be honored. FyterTech invites you along for the entire month of March where we feature key employees in our organization from the dedicated workers on the manufacturing floor to our supportive owner, Stephanie. 

Women Woven Into Manufacturing is a campaign dedicated to highlighting the experiences, insights, and leadership of women who are making an impact at FyterTech every single day. Without each and every single one of these ladies, and many many more who are not featured (this year!) the excellence you expect from the product and service we deliver would not be possible.

As a woman myself, who started her career in the manufacturing and industrial space almost 30 years ago, I remember looking around the plant floor, conference rooms, or trade show floor and feeling strongly outnumbered. These days, I take a mental count and consistently see up to 40% of these spaces filled with women leaders; this isn't your grand dad's industry anymore!

I encourage you to check in every other day for a new featured employee, understand what it is about their job they enjoy, and I hope that their stories inspire the next generation and strengthen the entire manufacturing community.
