Recently, she's been working in the clean room due to a large order, showcasing the adaptability required in her role. When things are slower, she focuses on organizing and maintaining a presentable workspace. Her favorite part of the job? "The people and the jobs that you do and knowing my job is what I like the best."

Beyond technical skills, she emphasizes the importance of managing diverse personalities within the team. "Sometimes I think the different personalities of all the people in the area. Some days they can be difficult and some days they can be wonderful. Having to deal with that day in and day out is something you really have to keep in mind."
Dorothy's meticulous nature, which she jokingly attributes to "OCD," directly impacts the customer experience. She instills in her team the importance of presentation and quality, ensuring that products are packed neatly and look "decent." This attention to detail ensures high quality and a positive impression for customers.
