Highlighting our approach to sustainability, we partner with Beyondly to ensure compliance with the Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation, meeting all our responsibilities through being a registered member of Beyondly’s UK government approved Packaging Compliance Scheme.

Why Beyondly

Beyondly, as a compliance scheme, are proactively engaged with the packaging waste reform, supporting the establishment and evolution of packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR). Wherever possible, Beyondly represent their members' interests helping to advise and influence government policy, supporting the Circular Economy Task Force and Resource and Waste Strategy.

Their engagement within the Packaging Scheme Forum (PSF) and associated working groups supports a cohesive and effective approach for relaying insights and advice from their members and representative group.

As a member of Beyondly, we will have access to a specially developed, intuitive, and user-friendly online RAM tool to complete our recyclability assessment to determine a "red, amber, green" (RAG) status as per the Government’s Recyclability Assessment Methodology (RAM) stipulations.

What is Packaging EPR?

The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Regulations 2024 require businesses that are obligated to report data on the packaging they handle and supply onto the UK market. 

EPR requires producers to pay the full net costs of the collection, sorting, recycling, and disposal of household packaging.
